Sidney has been a massage therapist for 3 years, she graduated from Mount Royal University in 2018. She has been educated in a variety of modalities since graduating, and has found a love for both therapeutic and relaxation treatments. She believes in the importance of treating the mind and body as one. By combining therapeutic and relaxation techniques, Sidney hopes to leave you with a more complete feeling of pain and tension relief.

Sidney has a passion for hydrotherapy (body treatments) and prenatal massage. She has also been educated in the safe and effective treatment of cancer patients.
